The Diet plan - 2

I have made few modification to my diet plan to include 16-8 Intermittent fasting.

Which means no food between 8 pm to 12 noon next day.. Why this change? Earlier I followed 14 - 10 intermittent fasting and I find myself less hungry, so pushed myself to add 2 more hours of fasting.

12 noon - Breakfast/Lunch
5 pm - Snacks
7 pm - Dinner

**Not Altered the following**
Drink water in between if hungry.

No to water
1. while eating unless really needed (~50ml max)
2. 30 mins before food
3. 1.5 hrs after food.

Yes to water
1. 2 glass just after waking up
2. After having rock salt 2 glass after bath.
3. In between meal time, when thirsty.

And chewing food for 30 sec for each mouth food.
