Week 2 : Not so good, gain of 1 kg
Week 3 : In-progress, not so good until now, gaining or maintaining phase, not in losing weight pahse.

Week 6 : Kick on butt by self... Go and do something... And Started Personal Training with Mani, Gym master.
Week 7 : Size around love handles is down to 41" from 42"
